Cornect Family Farm – Buzzing About Beekeeping

Hidden amongst the woodlands and blueberry fields of Denver, Guysborough County, Cornect Family Farm proudly produces the finest artisan honey from wildflowers and blueberry blossoms of the surrounding areas. They began beekeeping 19 years ago in order to pollinate their own blueberry fields and they now have over 300 beehives.

On a beautiful day last fall, we had a chance to visit with Margaret Cornect and her bees to learn more about the farm and her love affair with her bees.
