Taste of Nova Scotia has been inspiring both visitors and locals to eat, drink and explore our beautiful province through food and drink since 1989.
Over the last 30 years we have witnessed our province’s culinary scene grow and expand along with our exceptional members. Today, Taste of Nova Scotia is a collection of over 200+ restaurants, producers/processors and continues to be a constant source for celebrating and promoting Nova Scotia’s culinary products and experiences.
We are passionate about sharing the stories of our members and their successes. We acknowledge the hard work and determination of our chefs, farmers, fishers, winemakers, brewers, distillers, bakers and artisans. We admire the creativity, dedication, and above all, the love that our members and YOU have for celebrating Nova Scotia food and drink.
