Chocolate

An Easter without chocolate just wouldn’t feel like Easter. These marshmallow eggs (or any of the chocolates bunnies, eggs or chicks) from Sweet Spot Chocolate Shop are a delicious addition to any Easter basket.

Gourmandises Avenue Chocolaterie makes beautiful chocolate eggs that are perfect for hiding around the house or putting in an Easter basket.

Bunnies of all shapes and sizes can be found at Jill’s Chocolates – handcrafted Nova Scotia themed chocolates from her chocolate cafe in the heart of Cape Breton. To make things even sweeter, $4 from every sale of Izaak The Easter Bunny (pictured below) will be donated to the IWK Foundation!

Baked Goods

Try some locally-made bath and body products in your Easter baskets this year. Meander River Farm & Brewery makes handmade soap using hop essential oil and hydrosol as well as lavender based bath and beauty products. Sugar Moon Farm makes maple-infused soap, shaving bars, lip balm and more!
