The Brasserie is located in Halifax’s vibrant North End and is a place where neighbours, friends, and travellers gather in a warm and inviting atmosphere while enjoying some of the best food and drink available on the East Coast. With Owner, Chef and General Manager Chef Ludovic Eveno at the helm, The Brasserie appeals to a wide variety of tastes. It offers 12 local beers on tap, a variety of spirits, and serves home-style cooking with house-made charcuterie, breads and desserts. The roof-top patio offers an entirely separate menu and opens late spring.
