The Brasserie is located in Halifax’s vibrant North End and is a place where neighbours and friends gather in a warm and communal atmosphere while enjoying some of the best food and drink available on the East Coast. With Chef Ludovic Eveno at the helm, The Brasserie is an urban restaurant and bar serving locally supplied, seasonal home-style cooking where all charcuterie, breads, jams, sauces and desserts are made in house. Offering 12 local beers on tap, and a wide selection of spirits, wine and cocktails, we appeal to a wide variety of tastes and pleasures.
