Executive chef and owner, Craig Flinn, has penned four nationally successful cookbooks, and is considered an influential figure in Canada’s farm-to-table culinary movement.
Guests have come to expect a creative, ever-changing menu, and look forward to occasional returns of classic, well-loved dishes. “When we set out sixteen years ago, our goal was to bring Halifax an ‘Extraordinary Casual Dining Experience,’ and that mantra still stands today,” says Flinn. “We’ve taken the same approach with our newest venture, 2 Doors Down.”
