Fleur de Sel
Opened in 2004 by the husband and wife team of Martin and Sylvie Ruiz Salvador, Fleur De Sel is located in the heart of historic Lunenburg.
The restaurant features a casual, but elegant 30-seat dining room, a garden patio, and a bar where guests can enjoy a cocktail prior to sitting down to dinner. The property also features a charming second-floor guest suite, which is perfect for a romantic getaway.
