At PRIMAL Kitchen we have a chef-driven passion for meat. Our menu celebrates the animal with expertly prepared items using primal cuts, whether it’s our house-made charcuterie selection, beer-braised short rib or a juicy burger. Smoked, cured and butchered – we do it all in-house.
We are also passionate about the outstanding local craft beers being produced in Nova Scotia. We offer four rotating craft beers on tap, and six by the bottle as well as a substantial wine list featuring several Nova Scotian wines.
