Congratulations to Fleur de Sel, Chives Canadian Bistro, Front & Central, Brooklyn Warehouse, Chanterelle Country Inn and EDNA for their mentions on a list filled with culinary excellence across the nation.
17. Fleur de Sel, Lunenburg
Fleur de Sel in historic Lunenburg was the first Nova Scotia establishment to receive a nod on the top 100 list. Chef Dave Smart has created a menu based on enjoying Nova Scotian ingredients in their purest form. Their Pop-Up chef series dinners are a highly addictive not-to-be-missed culinary experience. Attend one and you’ll be hooked.
66. Brooklyn Warehouse, Halifax

This list would not be complete without mention of the food revolution occurring within the Brooklyn Warehouse. Chef Mark Gray believes in the practice of farm-to-table cooking, ensuring a fantastically fresh meal at the Brooklyn Warehouse. We’d make a recommendation, but with an ever-changing menu it seems as though each day a mouth-watering new creation is born.
73. Chanterelle Country Inn, Baddeck
A meal at Chanterelle Country Inn means a delicious local offering in the inn’s dining room over looking the Cabot Trail. That’s what we call dinner with a view! Specializing in dishes made with fresh, wild chanterelles, the menu changes daily.
