Nova Scotia Shines in Vacay.ca List of Top Canadian Restaurants

Vacay.ca recently released their Top Restaurants in Canada list, and you’ll be delighted to find a few of your Nova Scotia favourites included. Congratulations to Fleur de Sel, Chives Canadian Bistro, Front & Central, Brooklyn Warehouse, Chanterelle Country Inn and EDNA for their mentions on a list filled with culinary excellence across the nation.

Chef Dave Smart has created a menu based on enjoying Nova Scotian ingredients in their purest form. Their Pop-Up chef series dinners are a highly addictive not-to-be-missed culinary experience. Attend one and you’ll be hooked.

This list would not be complete without mention of the food revolution occurring within the Brooklyn Warehouse. Chef Mark Gray believes in the practice of farm-to-table cooking, ensuring a fantastically fresh meal at the Brooklyn Warehouse. We’d make a recommendation, but with an ever-changing menu it seems as though each day a mouth-watering new creation is born.
