Crab Quiche

Ingredients
1 cup of Nova Scotia crab
1/3 cup onion
Salt and pepper
1 cup Bisquick mix
4 eggs
2 cups milk
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Put crab, onion, salt and pepper in dish.
  2. Mix eggs, milk and Bisquick in separate dish. Pour over crab mixture.
  3. Sprinkle cheese over top.
  4. (Optional) Sprinkle fresh chives or green onions over top.
  5. Bake at 350F for about 30 minutes.
