Taste: Everyone’s palate is a little different – let your taste buds lead the way as you find the local beverages that speak to you.
Explore: Whether you’re in Digby, Dartmouth or Sydney, you’re never far from a local beverage. Why not stop a brewery, cidery, winery or distillery and have a sip.
Recipes: Visit the Taste website to find creative recipes featuring local beers, wines, spirits, or ciders to try at home.

- Beer: Nova Scotia is home to more craft breweries per capita than any other province.
- Wine: North America’s first European-style appellation is Nova Scotia’s Tidal Bay!
- Spirits: The growth of the province’s distilleries has led to the development of more than 30 varieties of spirits and liqueur including rum, whiskey, vodka, brandy, liqueurs, gin and more.
- Cider: Nova Scotia’s deep-rooted tradition of apple growing has recently led to a craft cider resurgence.
