What’s Cooking February 18 – 25?

Now that Valentine’s Day has come to an end, we believe it’s time to treat yourself. Reserve a seat for a local brewing heavyweights competition, let your taste buds tingle at a Poutine Party, attend the second weekend of the Nova Scotia Icewine Festival, or relax with yoga paired with wine. How will you treat yourself this week?

February 21: Craft Draught Showdown

Chef Dolente’s Craft Draught Showdown is back with another round as local brewing heavyweights Garrison Brewing Co. and Propeller Brewing Co. go head to head. Enjoy five courses prepared by Chef Michael Dolente, each one paired with two four oz. brews selected by Garrison’s Daniel Girard and Propeller’s Patrick Robichaud to complement the dish. Chef and breweries will be there to speak about their pairings and after each course you’ll vote for your favourite pairing. Limited seating available.
