Then on Saturday make sure to catch a cooking class with the Kilted Chef Alain Bosse, he’ll be searing up a scallop storm all day long.

It’s the kick-off of the Wild Blueberry Harvest Festival (August 14-29), with blueberry themed events happening throughout central Nova Scotia. This Friday enjoy a Taste of the Festival with delicious menu items from some of our local restaurant participants, like the blueberry summer cake with blueberry & lavender ice cream from Wild Caraway Restaurant & Café.
