November 6 -December 19
Stop by L’Acadie Vineyards wine shop any Friday or Saturday  between 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. for their Holiday Entertaining Weekends. The Five Fishermen Restaurant presents Celebrity Guest Chef Series with Rob Gentile, Executive Chef of Buca in Toronto, paired with Carmelo Olivar, Executive Chef of the Five Fishermen to bring you a magnificent five course meal and wine paring this weekend.

November 29, 2015: The Rose  & Kettle Tearoom at the Cole Harbour Heritage Farm Museum will be hosting their annual Christmas Craft & Bake Sale from 11:00 am – 3:00 pm. Lots of baked goods and complimentary hot spiced cider.

November 30-December 6, 2015: Shop local at participating businesses including Boxing Rock Brewing Company in Shelburne and be entered for a chance to win the grand prize valued at $500.

December 25, 2015: A new Christmas tradition at Lane’s Privateer Inn is coming to life. They will be offering a Christmas Eve brunch and Shopping Party for last minute gifts, Christmas Eve chowder supper 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. and Ron’s Famous Eggnog to be enjoyed around the fire. Stay the night and receive a Christmas Hamper filled with Nova Scotia wine, cheese,treats and a traditional Christmas day buffet will be offered 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. Call 902 354 3456 to book any meal or room package.
