Tonight is the opening night for NSCC Fresh Twenty One‘s fall dinner Menu. Stop by their newly opened Fresh Cafe while you’re there. Both the restaurant and cafe are run by the NSCC Akerley Campus culinary program.

Burger Night – Chef Roland at Charlotte Lane Cafe is starting his specialty nights off right. Juicy, sizzling hot burgers during this year’s first burger night and a cheese fondue night next Friday. There are only a few seats left so call 1 902-875-3314 now to book your table.

It’s Taste of Nova Scotia week at the Royal Nova Scotia Yacht Squadron. This Friday, Ironworks Distillery and Avondale Sky Winery will both be on site for an evening of delicious food, wine and spirits.

Ready to jig? Join in the fun at this year’s Re-Jigged Festival in downtown Dartmouth. After taking in one of their workshops, treat yourself to some Propeller beer (they’re a sponsor).

Chef Martin and Sylvie Ruiz Salvador from Fleur de Sel are hosting their Grand Finale Gala this Saturday at 6:30 pm. For a luxurious final dining experience (until 2017) they’ll be putting together their favorite local foods and pairing them with wines including Benjamin Bridge Tidal Bay.
