Witness a craft beer showdown from 7 pm to 10 pm this Thursday at The Carleton. Saltbox Brewing Co. and Hell Bay Brewing Co. go head to head, offering brews selected by each of their own brew masters. Each of the selected beers will be served with a menu prepared by Chef Michael Dolente, resulting in 5 total. WOW! Tickets are on sale for $60.

June 14 & 15: Tangled Garden Tea Room Opening & Vintage Fair

And so the adventure begins – the Tangled Garden tea room opens June 14th! The garden outside is blooming and the tea room is ready to serve. The opening will be followed by a Vintage Fair at Tangled Garden on June 15th. Starting at 10 am, there will be vendors, garden/plant sales, food, cocktails, and beer from Schoolhouse Brewery on site! Don’t miss out.

June 15: An Evening of Cabernet Franc Small Lots

Benjamin Bridge invites you to their private vineyard for a guided tour and tasting as they launch their latest small lots: Cabernet Franc Rosé and Cabernet Franc Red. From 7 pm to 9 pm, stroll through this special parcel of land, home of the oldest Cabernet Franc vines in Nova Scotia, while learning about the effects of the terroir and tide in this unique location. June 15: 2019 Garrison Back Lot Bash

This Saturday, the Cunard Centre is the location for one of the most anticipated bashes of the summer! June 15: East Coast Cider Festival 2019

This one day festival will be a cider lover’s paradise. Taking place in the multi purpose room at Halifax Forum, there will be 20 cider makers offering samples of their divine ciders. Some of these makers include Annapolis Cider Company, Lake City Cider, Noggins, and Bulwark Cider, followed by food offerings from Meadowbrook Meat Market, The Cake Lady, and Heartwood Restaurant. One ticket will give you 12 – 4 oz samples and access to the lively venue.  Grab some fellow cider lovers and attend this exciting event.

June 16: Father’s Day Brunch
