June 18: Celebrate spring with a 5 course foraging dinner on Wednesday, June 18 at the Wild Caraway Restaurant & Café. The chefs will be joined by Chef Dennis Johnston..formerly of FID in Halifax-currently of Dragon at the old market in Halifax & Chef Dave Smart of Front & Central in Wolfville.

Two seatings are available at 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.

June 21: Avondale Sky Winery is set to host the Avondale Art Fair Saturday, June 21, 2014. Enjoy great art, wonderful music and delicious food from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. Admission is free.

June 21 & 22: Smoked Salmon, Mussels and Oysters – oh my! You can find all of these sea offerings at The Eastern Shore Cold Waters Seafood Festival June 21 & June 22.

Enjoy mussels from AquaPrime Mussel Ranch Ltd., smoked salmon from J. Willy Krauch & Sons and oysters from Sober Island Oysters.
