Win with Nova Scotia Snow Crab

Snow crab cakes, dips, sushi, burgers or tarts – it’s snow crab season in Nova Scotia and we’re looking for your recipes! Do you have a recipe you’d like to share for the chance to win a locally-inspired gift basket from Taste of Nova Scotia?

It’s easy to enter:

1. Buy Nova Scotia snow crab from Fisherman’s Market, Victoria Co-op, Louisbourg Seafoods, NovaCan Live Seafood or Clearwater.
2. Create your favourite recipe at home – best enjoyed with a splash of Nova Scotia wine or beer!
3. Take a photo.
4. Email your photo (and recipe if you’d like to share it) to events@tasteofnovascotia.com before April 30, 2014.
5. Watch our website, facebook and newsletter for the announcement of the winner (after April 30, 2014).
6. OPTION: If you prefer to eat out and order a snow crab dish at one of our Taste of Nova Scotia restaurants, those pictures are eligible for the contest as well!
