Les Prix Prestige de Taste of Nova Scotia c\u00e9l\u00e8brent l’excellence pour honorer les producteurs et les restaurants qui offrent des produits et des exp\u00e9riences culinaires exceptionnels. Les laur\u00e9ats, issus des nominations des consommateurs, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 annonc\u00e9s lors du Sommet du tourisme<\/a> annuel de la Tourism Industry Association of Nova Scotia<\/a> (TIANS) le 26 novembre 2013. <\/p>\n

\u00ab C’est une occasion de reconna\u00eetre nos membres de mani\u00e8re formelle\u2026 le travail acharn\u00e9, la pers\u00e9v\u00e9rance et le d\u00e9vouement que ces entreprises n\u00e9o-\u00e9cossaises apportent \u00e0 notre industrie culinaire \u00bb, d\u00e9clare Janice Ruddock, directrice ex\u00e9cutive de Taste of Nova Scotia. \u00ab Ces entreprises font face \u00e0 de nombreux obstacles en tant qu’entrepreneurs, nous apportant des produits innovants et des exp\u00e9riences culinaires authentiques. Elles s’efforcent d’\u00eatre les meilleures possibles pour cette province et nous avons la chance qu’elles choisissent d’\u00e9tablir leur foyer en Nouvelle-\u00c9cosse. \u00bb<\/p>\n
