En plus d\u2019\u00e9laborer des vins mousseux haut de gamme, prim\u00e9s, selon la m\u00e9thode traditionnelle, Bruce Ewert et son \u00e9quipe produisent aussi ce cidre biologique vieilli et effervescent.<\/p>\n

Cidre Duncanson Brook 2016 – 8,7 % alc.\/vol.<\/h2>\n

Ce cidre biologique porte le nom du ruisseau qui traverse la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 du vignoble, ainsi que celui de la famille pionni\u00e8re Duncanson, qui cultivait des pommes il y a de nombreuses ann\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019endroit o\u00f9 se trouve aujourd\u2019hui le vignoble du domaine. Des m\u00e9thodes traditionnelles de fermentation naturelle en bouteille cr\u00e9ent de fines bulles. Le cidre Duncanson Brook est \u00e9labor\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de pommes certifi\u00e9es biologiques de la c\u00e9l\u00e8bre vall\u00e9e d\u2019Annapolis \u2013 Golden Russett, Northern Spy et Jonagold. S\u2019accorde \u00e0 merveille avec les plats \u00e9pic\u00e9s, mais se d\u00e9guste aussi tr\u00e8s bien seul !
