Chef Joe MacLellan collaborates with his team to keep the menu fresh and ever changing. Co-owner and manager, Nicole Raufeisen, loves to play with wines and spirits alike and keeps a cellar of wines from every corner of the world with a special concentration on low intervention wines.
Little Oak’s philosophy is never to take ourselves too seriously, while still offering top quality. We stay super approachable, while at the same time pushing the boundaries with drinks and food with those who want to. It’s about having fun. That’s what we do.
