Nova Coffee
Our name reflects our two great passions, Nova Scotia and coffee! Family owned since 1973, we produce great specialty roasted coffees on our hobby farm in the heart of the Annapolis Valley.
Our roastery is nestled between orchards and vineyards in the community of Lakeville, at the foot of the beautiful North Mountain. We utilize state-of-the-art afterburners to protect the air around us. No smoke or odour is emitted as we hand roast more than sixteen single origins, blends and micro lots.
You can purchase at the cafés, dining rooms, and retail partners we serve, through our online store, or by dropping by our location in Lakeville.
Is your business a roastery and cafe or a roastery alone?
It is a roastery only but we welcome drop ins to taste our coffee if in our area.
