Nova Scotia Community College’s ‘Fresh Twenty One’ is an opportunity for the public to participate in providing our hospitality and culinary/pastry students with a “real world” training experience in a full-service restaurant, and in return, enjoy modern, world cuisine of the highest quality, at very reasonable prices.

Starting at the beginning of each October, ‘Fresh Twenty One’ is open Tuesday through Thursday for lunch and dinner seatings. Join us for a world class dining experience in a live classroom environment!


Seasonal October to April Lunch Buffet: Monday - Thursday, 12 p.m. seating. $14.95 per person, dessert a la carte. Dinner: Tuesday & Wednesday evenings; 5-course menu $38 per person ++ Variety of seating times available by reservation.
