Ultimate Campfire S’mores Sundae

A campfire favourite meets ice cream goodness in this recipe. This Ultimate Campfire S’more Sundae will take you straight to the campfire! Enjoy eating delicious local ice cream from Tatamagouche Ice Creamery with your friends or family with this decadent treat.

Ingredients

Sundae

2 Scoops Tatamagouche Ice Creamery Keji Campfire S’mores Ice Cream
Tatamagouche hot fudge sauce
Graham cracker sauce*
Toasted marshmallows
Graham cracker, crumbled

Graham Cracker Sauce

15 g Graham crackers
1/2 cup Honey
1 Stick butter, melted

Directions

Serves: 1

Graham Cracker Sauce

Sundae

  1. In your favourite ice cream bowl or sundae tulip, ladle a generous spoonful of hot fudge sauce and graham cracker sauce, alternating with layers of ice cream and sauce.
  2. Top with more sauce, crumbled graham cracker and a large marshmallow (preferably freshly roasted over a big fire).

Graham Cracker Sauce

  1. Add ingredients to food processor and purée until thick but pourable.
