Viveau Blueberry Negroni


A simple and refreshing cocktail with a local blueberry twist! The sweet vermouth paired with the flavour of bitters from Campari, and the local gin are made complete with citrus. To top it all off the Viveau adds for a full-flavoured finish.


1 oz. Ironworks Distillery Gin
0.5 oz. Sweet Vermouth
0.25 oz. Campari
Garnish blueberry VIVEAU
Garnish Orange or Lemon


Makes: 1 serving

  1. In a glass, add Gin, sweet vermouth and Campari.
  2. Add ice.
  3. Shake or stir until well chilled.
  4. Top with blueberry VIVEAU.
  5. Garnish with orange or lemon.
