Ingredients:
- 2 oz Ironworks Gin
- 1/4 oz Ironworks Cranberry Esprit
- 1/2 oz dry vermouth
- 2-3 drops Nova Scotia sea salt brine
- fresh cranberry to garnish
Nova Scotia Sea Salt Brine
- 1 tsp Nova Scotia sea salt
- 20 ml water
Instructions:
- Chill a glass using ice and cold water.
- Create the sea salt brine by combining the sea salt and water. Stir until the salt is completely dissolved.1 tsp Nova Scotia sea salt, 20 ml water
- Stir the gin, cranberry esprit, vermouth, and brine in a mixing glass or shaker with ice until chilled.2 oz Ironworks Gin, 1/4 oz Ironworks Cranberry Esprit, 1/2 oz dry vermouth, 2-3 drops Nova Scotia sea salt brine
- Strain into the chilled glass.
