Great things are happening all over Nova Scotia this spring. From organic wine tastings and lobster festival celebrations, to toasting (and sipping) the new vintage of Tidal Bay, here’s what’s cooking in Nova Scotia this week:
May – June

Challenge your palate at the blind tasting bar and enjoy award-winning Nova Scotia seafood. You’ll also have the opportunity to sample some beer and spirits from the Good Cheer Trail.

Sommelier Susan Lane will help you appreciate the complexities of organic wine paired with local cheeses, meats and chutneys at the Organic and Biodynamic Wine Tasting, held at Lane’s Privateer Inn.
