Lunch spots and cafes are coming out of hibernation across the province. From Trellis Café on the South Shore to The Chowder House in Cape Breton and many in between, there are multiple delightful spots to enjoy delicious Nova Scotia cuisine!


Day Trip

Shake off the winter blues with a feel-good tour of local Nova Scotian breweries, distilleries, and wineries. Vineyards around the province are opening for business again this spring, offering tastings and educational experiences. Spring Vacation

No time like the present for a quick vacation. If you’re looking to explore Cape Breton Island, book a stay at any of these gorgeous and hospitable locations; Inverary Resort, Glenora Inn & Distillery, and Chanterelle Restaurant Inn & Cottages all are fully open this May!


New Locations

Seasonal businesses are not the only ones opening this spring, Saltbox Brewing Company is opening a new location in St. Margarets Bay – at Shining Waters Marina – May 18. They plan to have concerts, fundraisers, special guest chef nights and many more fun activities to keep an eye out for!
