The Beach Pea’s menu, designed by award-winning chef Martin Ruiz Salvador, draws inspiration from the freshest local seafood as well as Mediterranean flavours spanning from Spain to North Africa.
Saffron-infused seafood stew coexists alongside Nova Scotian classics, like lobster rolls and fish chowder, whose ingredients are sourced from local fishermen. Market-fresh fruits and vegetables feature in every dish, and even appear in drinks, like the fruity summer bourbon or the herbal green lantern.
