Father’s Day in Nova Scotia

Father’s Day is coming up and if you need plans to treat your Dad, we have put together a list of some of the great events happening around the province:

June 13 & 14: Brooklyn Warehouse – The Father’s Day Prix-Fixe will be offered at the Brooklyn Ware house featuring Rabbit Mac n’ Cheese, a Big F’n Chop and for dessert, Chocolate Nemisis. They are taking extra reservations to give you the chance to bring Dad in for a meal that will surely make up for any trouble you got into when you were young.

June 15: Seasons By Atlantica – For a quick and easy Father’s Day celebration, pick up Chef Luis Clavel’s BBQ to GO.

June 15: Sugar Moon Farm – Dad works hard. Give him what he wants: brunch in a log cabin.  Maple baked beans.  Smoked sausages.  Sugar Moon Maple Ale.

June 15: Masstown Market – Race dad up the Lighthouse stairs for a gorgeous view of the Cobequid Mountains and afterwards build a sand castle on their beach beside the wharf. Next, try the fish & chip boat on the patio.You could then treat dad to a specialty “Just Us” beverage in their restaurant, where dad will receive a complimentary organic chocolate gift bag.

June 15: Inn on the Lake – Inn on the Lake is offering some fantastic specials for Father’s Day.  Both the Steak & Shrimp Surf n Turf and Halibut with Mango & Pineapple Salsa will definitely impress dad!
