About Sip n’ Shuck:

Sip n’ Shuck is an annual event that showcases Nova Scotia’s beverage alcohol industry and seafood industry. It is presented in partnership by the Aquaculture Association of Nova Scotia (AANS), Delta Halifax and Taste of Nova Scotia. Showcased will be award-winning wine, beer, cider and spirits from Taste of Nova Scotia’s Good Cheer Trail as well as local oysters, quahogs, soft-shell clams, scallops, striped bass, salmon, trout, seaweed, mussels, halibut and eel.
