Palette Of The Field with Ironworks Vodka & Raspberry Esprit

Indulge in a delightful sipper with the Palette of the Field! Combining Ironworks Distillery Vodka, Raspberry Esprit, and a touch of balsamic glaze, it’s a perfectly balanced blend of sweet and tangy flavours, garnished with freshly ground black pepper and a basil sprig for an extra flourish.
Ingredients
Serves 1
| 1 1/4 oz | Ironworks Vodka |
| 1/2 oz | Ironworks Raspberry Esprit |
| 1/2 oz | Lemon Juice |
| 1/2 oz | Honey Syrup |
| 3/4 oz | Egg Whites or Aquafaba |
| 1 dash | Cocktail Lab Aromatic Bitters |
| 1/2 barspoon | Balsamic Glaze |
| Ice | |
| Freshly Ground Black Pepper, to garnish | |
| Basil Sprig, to garnish |
Directions
- Combine Ironworks Vodka. Raspberry Esprit, lemon juice, honey syrup, egg whites or aquafaba, Cocktail Lab Aromatic bitters and balsamic glaze into a cocktail shaker and dry shake vigorously without ice.
- Add ice to shaker and shake until chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a pinch of freshly ground black pepper and a small sprig of basil.
