Palette Of The Field with Ironworks Vodka & Raspberry Esprit

Indulge in a delightful sipper with the Palette of the Field! Combining Ironworks Distillery Vodka, Raspberry Esprit, and a touch of balsamic glaze, it’s a perfectly balanced blend of sweet and tangy flavours, garnished with freshly ground black pepper and a basil sprig for an extra flourish.

Ingredients

Serves 1

1 1/4 oz Ironworks Vodka
1/2 oz Ironworks Raspberry Esprit
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Honey Syrup
3/4 oz Egg Whites or Aquafaba
1 dash Cocktail Lab Aromatic Bitters
1/2 barspoon Balsamic Glaze
Ice
Freshly Ground Black Pepper, to garnish
Basil Sprig, to garnish

Directions

  1. Combine Ironworks Vodka. Raspberry Esprit, lemon juice, honey syrup, egg whites or aquafaba, Cocktail Lab Aromatic bitters and balsamic glaze into a cocktail shaker and dry shake vigorously without ice.
  2. Add ice to shaker and shake until chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  4. Garnish with a pinch of freshly ground black pepper and a small sprig of basil.
