The East Side with Steinhart Wild Blueberry Gin
If you’re looking for a new, delicious summer cocktail, The East Side is for you. Made with Nova Scotia blueberries and Steinhart Distillery Wild Blueberry Gin, it tastes just like summer.
Ingredients
Serves 1
| 5 | Mint leaves |
| 5 | Nova Scotia blueberries |
| 1 1/2 oz | Steinhart Distillery Wild Blueberry Gin |
| 3/4 oz | Lemon juice |
| 3/4 oz | Simple syrup |
| Mint sprig |
Directions
- Grab a shaker, add your mint and fresh blueberries and gently muddle.
- Add the rest of the ingredients, plus ice and shake well.
- Double strain into your favourite coupe of Collins glass.
