April 8: NSCC ‘Fresh Twenty One’ Touch of Class event. Enjoy a night of amazing food, wine, cocktails and beer. Plus, it’s for a great cause- all of the proceeds go towards student scholarships.

April 9: Tapas cooking class at The Hatfield House Culinary Experiences & Restaurant. The menu includes shrimp spring rolls served with a spicy Asian peanut sauce, local raw oysters topped with lemon coriander granite, and smoked salmon canapes.
