Wild Blue Rum Runner
This berry sweet creation celebrates all things local! Made with Nova Scotia amber rum, maple syrup, and wild blueberries.
Ingredients
1 oz. | Nova Scotia amber rum |
1 oz. | blueberry liqueur |
0.5 oz. | Nova Scotia maple syrup |
1 tbsp. | Nova Scotia wild blueberries |
3 to 4 oz. | soda water or sparkling water |
Garnish | cinnamon stick |
Directions
Makes: 1 serving
- Place wild blueberries (fresh or frozen) into a cocktail shaker with the rum.
- Muddle well.
- Add blueberry liqueur and maple syrup and stir to incorporate.
- Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice and top with soda water or sparkling water.
- Garnish with more wild blueberries and cinnamon stick.
