Wild Blue Rum Runner
This berry sweet creation celebrates all things local! Made with Nova Scotia amber rum, maple syrup, and wild blueberries.
|1 oz.||Nova Scotia amber rum|
|1 oz.||blueberry liqueur|
|0.5 oz.||Nova Scotia maple syrup|
|1 tbsp.||Nova Scotia wild blueberries|
|3 to 4 oz.||soda water or sparkling water|
Makes: 1 serving
- Place wild blueberries (fresh or frozen) into a cocktail shaker with the rum.
- Muddle well.
- Add blueberry liqueur and maple syrup and stir to incorporate.
- Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice and top with soda water or sparkling water.
- Garnish with more wild blueberries and cinnamon stick.
