The Queen Bee with Compass Distillers Gin Royal
A cocktail fit for a queen, the Queen Bee is the perfect combination of sweet and sour. Using local gin and orange bitters, it’s both simple and delicious!
Ingredients
Serves: 1
2 oz | Compass Distillers Gin Royal |
3/4 oz | Lemon Juice |
3/4 oz | Honey Syrup* |
1-3 dashes | Compass Distillers Aromatic Orange Bitters |
Garnish | Edible flower |
Directions
- Combine all ingredients into an ice-filled shaker tin.
- Shake well and strain into chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with an edible flower like a nasturtium or viola.
*Honey Syrup:
- Combine equal parts honey and warm water.
