The Queen Bee with Compass Distillers Gin Royal

A cocktail fit for a queen, the Queen Bee is the perfect combination of sweet and sour. Using local gin and orange bitters, it’s both simple and delicious!

Ingredients

Serves: 1

2 oz Compass Distillers Gin Royal
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
3/4 oz Honey Syrup*
1-3 dashes Compass Distillers Aromatic Orange Bitters
Garnish Edible flower

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients into an ice-filled shaker tin.
  2. Shake well and strain into chilled coupe glass.
  3. Garnish with an edible flower like a nasturtium or viola.

*Honey Syrup:

  1. Combine equal parts honey and warm water.
