Fall is here and the folks at Bare Bones Bistro have put together another great wine and food fair to celebrate our local bounty. Lobster cooking demos, beef cooking demos, vegetable variations, wine and beer – several reasons to purchase tickets for their event this weekend.
Menu:
Butter Poached Bay of Fundy Lobster, with vanilla and caraway butter and Stutz cider gastrique.
Grilled Linden Leas grass fed beef, Sea Level beer reduction and herbed jus
Maple glazed Broadfork Farm Root Vegetable and Foxhill Cheese cakes with herb creme fraiche
Panko crusted curried lobster cake, with red wine caramel and West Brook green tomato chow
