Annapolis Sour Cocktail
Made with local cranberries, Terra Beata cranberry juice, and Nova Scotia gin – this classy cocktail is perfect for a night in with friends.
Ingredients
2 oz | Still Fired Fundy Gin |
0.5 oz. | Terra Beata cranberry juice |
0.5 oz. | Simple Syrup* |
1 oz. | Pasteurized egg white |
Garnish | Cranberries |
Directions
Makes: 1 serving
- Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
- Dry shake until egg white emulsifies.
- Add ice and shake vigorously.
- Double strain into a coup glass.
- Garnish with cranberries.
*Simple Syrup (1:1 sugar to water)
Pour equal parts hot water over sugar and stir until dissolved. Store in a clean jar and refrigerate for up to four weeks.
