Annapolis Sour Cocktail

annapolis sour cocktail

Made with local cranberries, Terra Beata cranberry juice, and Nova Scotia gin – this classy cocktail is perfect for a night in with friends.

Ingredients

2 oz  Still Fired Fundy Gin
0.5 oz.  Terra Beata cranberry juice
0.5 oz.  Simple Syrup*
1 oz.  Pasteurized egg white
Garnish  Cranberries

Directions

Makes: 1 serving

  1. Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
  2. Dry shake until egg white emulsifies.
  3. Add ice and shake vigorously.
  4. Double strain into a coup glass.
  5. Garnish with cranberries.

*Simple Syrup (1:1 sugar to water)
Pour equal parts hot water over sugar and stir until dissolved. Store in a clean jar and refrigerate for up to four weeks.
