Causeway Cocktail

The Causeway Cocktail was the signature drink at the Right Some Good dinner in Port Hawkesbury last week. We have firsthand experience that it is delicious!

Ingredients

1.5oz Rum (we recommend Ironworks Distillery rum)
2 tsp Galloping Cows Ginger-peach juice
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz Cornect Family Farm honey syrup

Combine ingredients with ice in a shaker, then pour into a highball glass. Top with Propeller Ginger Beer and a sprig of fresh mint.
