Crab Quiche
Congratulations to Marie Donovan , winner of the April snow crab recipe contest. Marie submitted her Crab Quiche recipe to win a Taste of Nova Scotia gift basket. Want to get in on the winnings? Ingredients
1 cup of Nova Scotia crab
1/3 cup onion
Salt and pepper
1 cup Bisquick mix
4 eggs
2 cups milk
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Directions
- Put crab, onion, salt and pepper in dish.
- Mix eggs, milk and Bisquick in separate dish. Pour over crab mixture.
- Sprinkle cheese over top.
- (Optional) Sprinkle fresh chives or green onions over top.
- Bake at 350F for about 30 minutes.
