Ezra’s Breakfast Cocktail
This simple cocktail features two different kinds of bitters, local gin, and a bit of orange zest to top it all off.
Ingredients
0.5 oz. | Simple syrup |
2 Dashes | Compass Grapefruit & Hops Bitters |
2 Dashes | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |
2 oz. | Compass Aged Gin |
Garnish | Orange zest |
Directions
Makes: 1 serving
- In a mixing glass, add syrup, bitters and Gin.
- Add ice.
- Stir until well chilled.
- Fine strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice or one large ice cube.
- Garnish with orange zest.
