Ezra’s Breakfast Cocktail
This simple cocktail features two different kinds of bitters, local gin, and a bit of orange zest to top it all off.
|0.5 oz.||Simple syrup|
|2 Dashes||Compass Grapefruit & Hops Bitters|
|2 Dashes||Angostura Aromatic Bitters|
|2 oz.||Compass Aged Gin|
Makes: 1 serving
- In a mixing glass, add syrup, bitters and Gin.
- Add ice.
- Stir until well chilled.
- Fine strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice or one large ice cube.
- Garnish with orange zest.
