Fog Horn Cocktail
Grab a coupe glass and create this delicious masterpiece. Local hero ingredients include blueberry juice and local rum.
Ingredients
2 oz. | Local white rum |
2 oz. | Haskap juice (or Nova Scotia blueberry juice*) |
1 oz. | Lime juice |
0.5 oz. | Simple Syrup |
1 oz. | Pasteurized egg white |
Garnish | Tidal Salt Black Rocks |
*If using blueberry juice remove simple syrup so drink is not overly sweet.
Directions
Makes: 1 serving
- Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
- Dry shake until egg white emulsifies.
- Add ice and shake vigorously.
- Strain into coupe glass.
- Garnish with Tidal Salt Black Rocks
