Fog Horn Cocktail
Grab a coupe glass and create this delicious masterpiece. Local hero ingredients include blueberry juice and local rum.
|2 oz.||Local white rum|
|2 oz.||Haskap juice (or Nova Scotia blueberry juice*)|
|1 oz.||Lime juice|
|0.5 oz.||Simple Syrup|
|1 oz.||Pasteurized egg white|
|Garnish||Tidal Salt Black Rocks|
*If using blueberry juice remove simple syrup so drink is not overly sweet.
Makes: 1 serving
- Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
- Dry shake until egg white emulsifies.
- Add ice and shake vigorously.
- Strain into coupe glass.
- Garnish with Tidal Salt Black Rocks
