Taste of the Month: Seafood
Grab your oyster shucker, dig out your favourite chowder recipe, break out your lobster bib and get cracking – because it’s SEAFOOD MONTH at Taste of Nova Scotia.
We’re not shell-fish (pun-intended) – we’re sharing all our Nova Scotia seafood secrets this month! Lobster, scallops, oysters, salmon and mussels are just a few local options for tasting your way around our delicious province.
“In Nova Scotia, you are never far from the ocean. This is where the water runs cold and clear. Where the ocean is a way of life and where the catch is always fresh. It’s a difference you can taste.”
