Ezra’s Breakfast Cocktail

This simple cocktail features two different kinds of bitters, local gin, and a bit of orange zest to top it all off.

Ingredients

0.5 oz. Simple syrup
2 Dashes Compass Grapefruit & Hops Bitters
2 Dashes Angostura Aromatic Bitters
2 oz. Compass Aged Gin
Garnish Orange zest

Directions

Makes: 1 serving

  1. In a mixing glass, add syrup, bitters and Gin.
  2. Add ice.
  3. Stir until well chilled.
  4. Fine strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice or one large ice cube.
  5. Garnish with orange zest.
