Pear Collins with Ironworks Pear Eau de Vie

This cocktail is pear-y sweet and delicious! Mixing Ironworks Distillery‘s Pear Eau de Vie and local sparkling wine makes for an elegant bubbly drink that’s easy to sip on.

Ingredients

Serves: 1

1/2 oz Fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz Honey syrup*
1 1/2 oz Ironworks Pear Eau de Vie
2 oz Local traditional method sparkling wine
Garnish Local pear, sliced

Directions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker tin with ice, lemon juice, honey syrup and Pear Eau de Vie and shake very well.
  2. Strain into chosen glass and top with 2 oz of local traditional method sparkling wine.
  3. Garnish with slices of fresh pear.

*Honey Syrup

  1. Combine equal parts honey and warm water.
