Pear Collins with Ironworks Pear Eau de Vie
This cocktail is pear-y sweet and delicious! Mixing Ironworks Distillery‘s Pear Eau de Vie and local sparkling wine makes for an elegant bubbly drink that’s easy to sip on.
|1/2 oz||Fresh lemon juice|
|3/4 oz||Honey syrup*|
|1 1/2 oz||Ironworks Pear Eau de Vie|
|2 oz||Local traditional method sparkling wine|
|Garnish||Local pear, sliced|
- Fill a cocktail shaker tin with ice, lemon juice, honey syrup and Pear Eau de Vie and shake very well.
- Strain into chosen glass and top with 2 oz of local traditional method sparkling wine.
- Garnish with slices of fresh pear.
- Combine equal parts honey and warm water.
